In addition to top-level netball competition, fantastic in venue entertainment and concourse activations will offer an experience for fans, groups and families.
The Netball Super Cup will be a standalone event ahead of the regular rounds, with all eight teams preparing to compete for the first honours of the season and giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come. The regular season then gets under way the following weekend with round one, where the first NSL points of the season are up for grabs.
The competition offers a jam-packed day of netball with 15 matches. The eight teams will be split into two pools for the group stages and each team will play three shorter-length seven-a-side games in their pool stage.
Following the group stages, the top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-finals with two teams then progressing to the final where the first ever Netball Super Cup champions will be crowned.
Who will decide the pool games?
Sky Sports News will host a live draw on Tuesday 8th October at around 3.15pm which will see teams picked at random to form each of the two pools and determine the initial stages of the Netball Super Cup in 2025.
The Netball Super Cup will be held at the Utilita Arena Sheffield on Saturday 8th March 2025, first centre pass at 12.30pm.
