The two organisations will also collaborate on matchday and digital activity, amplifying the voices of local clubs and schools while creating clear and practical ways for more people to get involved.

Both organisations share the belief that women’s sport deserves the same professionalism, investment and ambition as any elite sporting environment.

Together, they aim to raise standards on the court, strengthen opportunities off it and inspire more people to see a future in netball.

A shared ambition for women’s sport

Birmingham Panthers was created to set a new standard for what a professional women’s sports club can be. The club’s ambition is to combine elite performance with meaningful community impact and commercial ambition, building an organisation that is rooted in Birmingham and capable of influencing the future of women’s sport. Flyhawk shares that ambition.

“We want to make it easier for women and girls to find their place in netball,” said Stephanie Essex, Director of Flyhawk. “Birmingham Panthers have built an inspiring, community-first club that genuinely puts people at the heart of the game, and that commitment is exactly why we’re partnering with them. This partnership is about practical support as much as performance. Better-fitting kit, accessible programmes and storytelling that encourages more people to play and stay in the game. There is a real synergy between our two organisations and we are proud to be part of the Panthers journey as they look to make an immediate impact on the NSL.”

Will Collinson, CEO of Birmingham Panthers, added:

“We’re building Birmingham Panthers for the long term, so it’s important we work with partners who share our ambition and our values. Flyhawk understand the demands of female athletes and share our belief that women’s sport deserves to be properly resourced. This partnership is about far more than supplying kit. Together we’ll deliver high-quality products for our players and supporters while creating opportunities that help more women and girls discover and stay involved in netball. We’re excited about what we can achieve together over the next three years.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger future for women’s sport through innovation, professionalism and meaningful community impact.

Together, Birmingham Panthers and Flyhawk will support athletes at every stage of the pathway while creating products, experiences and opportunities that help netball continue to grow.
