“Elite sport is a rollercoaster, a mix bag of emotions & this fills me with an overwhelming sense of pride of my own journey this past 8 months 🥹🫶🏻

Selection is never easy as it has its highs and lows of which I do not take lightly as these girls give it their everything to be in the programme more than you would ever know 💚

Congratulations to the 16 that have been working to get us in the best place possible & the 12 that will represent us all in July 🫶🏻💪🏻
