Fever’s Round 1 team is …………

West Coast Fever has finalised their team for the Round One clash against the Sunshine Coast Lightning on Sunday at RAC Arena.

Goal Shooter Romelda Aiken-George will make her West Coast Fever Debut. While WA Pathway Goal Attack Sloan Burton is in line for a National League Debut, if she steps foot on the court.

If she does make her debut, Burton will become the first Mother-Daughter in the Club’s history. Burton’s mother, Jules Burton (nee Sloan), played 32 games for the Perth Orioles between 1997 and 1999.

Fever has also named Temporary Replacement Players Caitlyn Brown and Verity Simmons in place of Ruth Aryang and Zoe Cransberg.

Sunday marks Simmons’ and fellow premiership teammate Sasha Glasgow’s return to Fever, having both last played for the Club in 2023.
