Melbourne Mavericks Round 2 Update

Mavs have confirmed their squad for this weekends SSN game against Swifts.

The Melbourne Mavericks are ready to take flight for their first away game of the Suncorp Super Netball season as they prepare to take on the NSW Swifts on Sunday, April 21st at 4pm from the Ken Rosewall Arena, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.

Gabby Sinclair will celebrate her 50th Suncorp Super Netball game as the Mavericks seek their first win of the season against the Swifts, who are also hunting for their maiden victory.

Head Coach Tracey Neville spoke after last week’s game, stating that: “Our girls stepped up” in their first official round as a team and that despite being down by 10 goals at times, “the process in getting back [into the game] was superb.”
