While these roles are voluntary, they offer incomparable “on-the-court” experience. This is an ideal opportunity for university students and anyone looking to build a powerhouse portfolio in sports journalism and media. In a competitive industry, having a credit from a long-running, respected podcast can be the difference that gets your foot in the door at major broadcasters and news outlets.

What the Role Entails
You won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You will be at the heart of the action, interviewing stars of the game at every level—from grassroots heroes to international icons.

The role is a hybrid of digital and live reporting:
Virtual Reporting:
Many of our player interviews are conducted via Zoom. You will need access to this or similar software to connect with athletes across the globe.

On-the-Ground Action:
There is no substitute for the atmosphere of a match day. You will have the opportunity to represent the show in person, interviewing players and coaches at some of the sport’s biggest events.
