Wales Netball Seeki new Non-Executive Directors
Wales Netball is looking to appoint three enthusiastic and forward-thinking people with specific skills, experience and knowledge to join its Board of Directors.
These independent non‑executive directors will bring expertise in either safeguarding, performance or external affairs and will help strengthen the Board’s skills, perspectives and diversity. Their contribution will support delivery of our Ymladd 2030 strategy and help ensure the organisation is well positioned for the future.
As Wales’ national governing body for netball, we are driving forward an ambitious period of growth and transformation. Our vision is to enrich lives through netball and inspire more women and girls across Wales to play, coach, umpire and engage with the sport. Working alongside the Chair, CEO and fellow Board members, our new non‑executive directors will help us build on this momentum and ensure we meet the needs of our members, partners and wider netball community.
We are seeking applicants with expertise in the following areas:
Safeguarding
Performance
External Affairs
These roles are central to supporting good governance and providing constructive challenge and support. The positions include helping to shape strategic decision making, safeguarding organisational integrity and contributing to a culture that reflects our values of Inspire, Aspire, Respect and Connect.
