As we move towards the first season of the new look Netball Super League, we are happy to share a staffing update that will have a positive impact on Netball across Wales.

Vicki Sutton CEO at Cardiff Dragons said “It has been a pleasure to have Jill as the Head Coach of Cardiff Dragons for the last season and a half but as we enter this new Super League era we have to put into place a long-term, full-time solution to see us through the first phase of the new structure.”

“Whilst Jill will not lead the team as Head Coach for the 2025 season, we are thrilled to announce that we have agreed a 3-year Coaching Consultancy partnership with Jill that will see her knowledge and expertise shared with not only Cardiff Dragons but also the Welsh Feathers and Wales Pathway. This new role will see Jill come to the UK and other relevant nations (where Wales are playing) twice a year and be the Mentor for both the Cardiff Dragons and Welsh Feathers Head coach among other responsibilities.”

Jill will work exclusively with the Cardiff Dragons in the Netball Super League during this period. A new Full Time Head Coach for the franchise will be announced in the coming weeks.
