NSL Fixtures 2024

Next season’s fixtures in the Netball Superleague have been confirmed by England Netball.

The 18 rounds of fixtures for the upcoming Netball Super League (NSL) season have been revealed with all ten teams to start the 2024 campaign in one central venue for a jam-packed day of netball.

England Netball has today unveiled the fixtures for the highly anticipated 2024 Netball Super League (NSL) season which will officially begin on Saturday 17 February with the ‘Season Opener’ at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham.

Featuring five back-to-back games across the day, the Season Opener will kickstart the 2024 edition of the league at a time when there has never been more interest in the sport of netball after a history-making summer.

Last season’s top four teams will all go head-to-head in the opening round at the Season Opener which will see Loughborough Lightning take on Surrey Storm, whilst London Pulse match up against Manchester Thunder. Cardiff Dragons, Leeds Rhinos, Saracens Mavericks, Severn Stars, Strathclyde Sirens and Team Bath make up the remaining teams looking to get their 2024 campaigns off to a successful start.

The upcoming 2024 season aims to build on the 2023 season, with a renewed focus on delivering thrilling matches and providing enhanced experiences for fans. 2023 enjoyed record-breaking attendances including a sell-out for the Season Opener which culminated in Loughborough Lightning lifting the coveted trophy for the second time in the club’s history.

The four-month season will then showcase the best of UK domestic netball with a schedule of packed matches featuring some of the sport’s top talent from across the UK and around the world. Matches from round 2 through to round 18 will be played at the clubs’ home and away venues, a number of which will take place in arenas as part of a league-wide effort to grow the game and provide enhanced match-day experiences for fans. Leeds Rhinos will take their round 11 game with Loughborough
Lightning to the First Direct Arena, whilst London Pulse will host their round 12 fixture with Rhinos at the Crystal Palace Arena. Cardiff Dragons will also play their last two home games against Rhinos and Team Bath at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff. Further details about additional arena matches will be announced in due course.

Building on the incredible success of 2023, we are committed to delivering an even more thrilling season which will no doubt provide unforgettable moments and intense rivalries that will enable us to continue to take the league to new heights.”

“Netball is currently enjoying record levels of interest and visibility, and we are dedicated to harnessing that momentum to really drive interest in the league and showcase the sport’s brilliance on a bigger scale. We want to give the players and the clubs the platform they truly deserve. So mark your calendars, buy your tickets, follow all our socials, get behind the players, and support your clubs. We want fans, new and old, to show up and experience the excitement and thrill of live netball firsthand.”

At the end of the season, the top four teams will progress to the semi-finals on the weekend of 21-23 June to determine the lineup for the Grand Final and the third-place play-off; both of which will be played on Saturday 29 June.

Tickets to all of the club’s fixtures can be purchased via their websites.

The ‘Season Opener’ will go on general sale on Thursday 12 October at 10 am. England Netball members and NSL club members can access an exclusive pre-sale window from Thursday 5 October at 10 am.
