FACTS
• Fever will contest their fourth Super Netball Grand Final, (2018 lost 59-62 to Lightning, 2020 lost 64-66 to Vixens, 2022 defeated Vixens 70-59)
• Vixens have played in three previous Super Netball Grand Finals. They defeated the Fever 66-64 in 2020, lost to the Fever in 2022 (59-70) and lost to the Thunderbirds 57-59 last season.
• This will be the Vixens first Super Netball Grand Final at home in Melbourne with 2020 held in Brisbane due to Covid, 2022 in Perth and last year in Adelaide.
• Vixens have won three titles in their history, 2009 & 2014 in the ANZ Championship and 2020 in Super Netball.
• The only previous national league netball match played at Rod Laver Arena was the 2012 ANZ Championship Major Semi Final when the Vixens defeated the Mystics 56 – 50.
• This is the second Super Netball Grand Final to be hosted in Melbourne after 2023 when the Thunderbirds defeated the Swifts 60-59 after extra time.
