Following the game at the weekend Leeds Rhinos have issued the following update.

Leeds Rhinos Netball can confirm that Australian import Donnell Wallam, fractured her radius bone in the team’s narrow loss to Saracens Mavericks on Monday night.

Wallam underwent surgery on Tuesday morning and is expected to make a full recovery. A timeframe for her return to court is to be confirmed.

We would like to wish her all the best for a speedy recovery.

The club also confirmed that Tuaine Keenan and vice-captain Fi Toner, who also picked up injuries in the game against Mavericks, are set to have scans today to determine the extent of their respective lower limb injuries.
