Welsh ‘Return to Play” moves to Stage 3B

On Thursday 10 September, Welsh Netball will move to Stage 3B of its ‘Return to Play’ roadmap for community netball.

Stage 3B is characterised by the return of some equipment sharing for groups engaged in organised netball activity.

Stage 3B means that participants can now share equipment, such as netballs, cones and hurdles. Whilst training can still be in groups of up to 30 people, this new element of equipment sharing must only be amongst sub-groups of up to 6 participants. Prior to equipment sharing, participants and coaches should read Welsh Netball’s new ‘Hygiene in Netball’ document. Click here to be taken to the document.

Certain parts of Wales may be subject to local COVID-19 regulations. Please check your local authority’s website for area specific lockdown rules which may override Welsh Netball’s ‘Return to Play’ roadmap.
