The business end of the season is what makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Things have been going really well with Wasps at the moment, and now we have the chance to head into the semi-finals in the best possible form.

We bounced back after a run of difficult results in March and have responded in the perfect way to set up an exciting end to the season.

Since getting back to winning ways we’ve enjoyed some fantastic results. The Easter weekend games allowed us to show how far we’ve come.

We’re on an upward trend with the way we’re playing and the mentality within the team has been incredible.

Our starts have been better, and we’ve been able to stay competitive and keep the pressure on in each quarter.

Our confidence is building with each game now and that’s helping us to finish games off in a way we weren’t earlier in the season.

The Superleague has been extremely competitive this year and there has been no room for error.

I feel like everyone has stepped up. There’s less of a gap now between the top and bottom end of the table which makes it all very exciting.

You can’t predict any results or plan too much because each match has been going down to the wire.

The big matches are the ones you want to play well in. You have one chance to build a game-plan and just 60 minutes to try and execute it and rise to the occasion. That’s what I love about finals time.

It’s all about handling the pressure and being able to deliver on the day. That’s where the excitement is. I look forward to these moments and don’t shy away.

I’ve had the experience of pressure already this season in the BUCS final as well as with the Roses squad and I like to think that these situations help me perform to the best of my ability.

Away from Wasps, I’ve just got back to university after Easter break. I’ve been able to relax and spend some time with family, which has been great.

I’m heading into my final second-year university exams so it’s a really busy period for me with the Superleague season also coming to an end.

It can be tough work to juggle netball and university life, so it was a great feeling to be shortlisted in the Birmingham Live’s 30 Under 30 campaign.

It came as a bit of a surprise, but I’m honoured to have been named amongst other young inspiring people doing great things in and out of sport.

What’s important now though is getting back out on the court and getting another good performance under our belts.

I’m sure the travelling Wasps fans will give us all the support we need to close out the season on a high.

Allez, allez, allez.
